Returns & Warranty make every effort to display accurate products of our products and give a detailed description on what the product does. In saying that we also understand that sometimes you might have ordered the wrong product or a mistake perhaps has been made. In this case we offer a 14 day no quibble return period on any of our products.

To qualify for this, the item(s) must be unopened, unused and in the same condition in which they were received.

When we receive the item/s back, our returns department confirm that everything is present and in it’s in original condition to ensure its eligibility for a refund/exchange. We will then process a refund/exchange as quickly as possible and you will receive an email to notify you when this has been processed. We process refunds and exchanges on the same working day we receive your item/s back. Refunds can only be processed on the same card that the original order was made.
